Credit where credit is due

Hi Both,

I know I can be a pain sometimes but credit where credit is due.

I have started working with a customer taken on from a large franchise who commented to me today how good the system was with the detail in the annual schedule, the reminders and the information that I was able to impart to him in those emails. He said he got nothing like that from the previous company so kudos to you for simplifying my processes but without compromise to the customer.
